      <description>We are currently in the process of upgrading our entire product range, starting with the Resort Manager and Point of Sales Manager products, with Hotel Manager, Golf Manager, Patrol Manager and Scores Manager products all being updated within a 12 month period.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;With this in mind we are looking for suitable hotels, villas, golf courses etc. who are willing to install and use our products for free.  All that we ask is that you work with us to identify any problems that we may have missed during our extensive in house testing processes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In return, when the products are released later this year, you will qualify for a substantial discounts to either upgrade your existing system, or purchase a new system.       <title>New Biometric Add-on for Patrol Manager</title>

      <description>A new Add-on has been released for use with Patrol Manager.  This new Biometric Add-on, allows a biometric scanner to be installed on a computer at the begining of the route.  Use of this biomentric scanner by a security guard will, firstly positively identify the security guard who is performing the patrol, and also will be used to record the time the patrol actually begins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This add-on is ideal for remote sites, or sites where there are only security personal on-site during non-office hours.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This add-on requires the network version of Patrol Manager to be installed.&lt;br /&gt;

      <description>We are very pleased today to officially launch our new support website.  This is just one part of our drive to improve our customer relations.  The new website includes an automated ticketing system, which will ensure, both support and sales, requests get to the right people to assit you as quickly as possible.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We are also in the process of populating a new Knowledge Base, this is something we have needed for a while, now we finally have it.  With your help, by reporting problems though the ticketing system we will use your real questions, to put actual, and relevant, answers in the Knowledge Base for all other users to benefit from.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We are also in the process of installing a new Customer Relations Management system internally to better track customers requests, problems, sales leads etc. Just one more example of how we a striving to work closer with our valued clients.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
