We are very pleased today to officially launch our new support website. This is just one part of our drive to improve our customer relations. The new website includes an automated ticketing system, which will ensure, both support and sales, requests get to the right people to assit you as quickly as possible.
We are also in the process of populating a new Knowledge Base, this is something we have needed for a while, now we finally have it. With your help, by reporting problems though the ticketing system we will use your real questions, to put actual, and relevant, answers in the Knowledge Base for all other users to benefit from.
We are also in the process of installing a new Customer Relations Management system internally to better track customers requests, problems, sales leads etc. Just one more example of how we a striving to work closer with our valued clients.
