Without the correct Master Key / License File combination Patrol Manager will only be able to operate in Report mode, and users will be unable to transfer any new data from the pen readers. In addition, without the valid license file, it will not be possible to install or reinstall the application.
For customers who have a valid warranty contract, either initial or extension, simply contact
support@littlefishcom.net to arrange for issuance of a replacement license file.
For customers who elected not to extend their warranty, a proof of purchase is required, as well as the payment of an administration fee. Please contact
