Your Patrol Manager license will usually be supplied to you as an email attachment. You will need to save this attachment to drive/folder that is accessible to all of the computers which need the license installing. You should save the file with its original name i.e. License with no extension.
Once the license is saved, on each computer that has Patrol Manager installed, open the program Start -> All Programs -> Patrol Manager -> Register License.
Once the program is running use the Read Floppy button, then search for the saved license file.
Click on the OK button. The program will respond with a License registered message.
Close the application, and move to the next computer.
